Terms and Conditions – i² FinPro

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the i² FinPro program, platform, services, and related content provided by Berylite Academy (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for, accessing, or using i² FinPro, the user (“you,” “your,” or “participant”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register for or use the program.

i² FinPro is an educational and professional upskilling program designed to provide training, tools, simulations, mentorship, and analytical exposure related to financial markets, trading, investments, and related domains. The program is strictly educational in nature and does not constitute investment advice, portfolio management services, stock broking services, or any form of regulated financial advisory under applicable Indian laws including SEBI regulations.

Eligibility to enroll in i² FinPro requires that the participant is at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if any information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

All course content, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, software tools, dashboards, assessments, simulations, trading models, algorithms (if any), branding, trademarks, logos, and instructional material, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content solely for personal learning purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, modification, public display, commercial use, or sharing of the content in any form without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The program may include demonstrations of trading strategies, back-tested results, simulated performance, or historical market examples. Such representations are purely illustrative and do not guarantee future performance or profitability. The Company does not assure or promise any specific financial outcome, trading success, employment, certification benefit, income generation, or return on investment. Financial markets are inherently risky, and all decisions made by participants based on the knowledge gained from the program are done entirely at their own discretion and risk.

i² FinPro may include access to simulated trading environments, paper trading platforms, analytical tools, or third-party integrations. These simulations do not involve real money unless explicitly stated and are intended solely for educational practice. The Company shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from the participant’s application of learned strategies in live market conditions.

Fees paid for i² FinPro are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written refund policy published on the Company’s official website. Once access to course content, tools, or learning materials has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing, program structure, duration, or features at any time without affecting already enrolled participants’ core access rights.

The Company may offer live sessions, mentorship calls, workshops, or expert interactions as part of the program. Scheduling of such sessions is subject to availability and operational considerations, and the Company does not guarantee attendance of any specific mentor, trainer, or industry expert. Recordings may or may not be provided at the Company’s discretion.

Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct while interacting with mentors, trainers, staff, and fellow participants. Any form of misconduct, harassment, abusive language, spamming, misuse of communication channels, or violation of platform rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund. The Company reserves full discretion in determining violations and enforcing disciplinary actions.

User data, including personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and payment details, will be collected and processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to receive program-related communications, updates, announcements, and transactional messages via email, SMS, or other digital channels. Marketing communications may be opted out where applicable.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for temporary outages, technical issues, maintenance downtime, cyber incidents, or third-party service disruptions. The Company shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform or services.

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of i² FinPro after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Participants are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the relevant jurisdiction of the Company’s registered office.

By registering for i² FinPro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full, and that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the program.
