Terms and Conditions – i² Aspire
These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment, participation, and use of the i² Aspire program offered by Berylite Academy (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). i² Aspire is an academic coaching and mentoring program designed to support students preparing for NEET and JEE examinations through structured learning, academic guidance, assessments, mentoring, and performance support. By registering for i² Aspire, the student and their parent or legal guardian agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
Enrollment into i² Aspire is open to students preparing for NEET or JEE who meet the academic eligibility criteria specified by the Company. For students below 18 years of age, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, and such registration shall be deemed as consent on behalf of the student. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. The Company reserves the right to cancel enrollment or restrict access if any submitted information is found to be false or misleading.
The i² Aspire program includes academic classes, recorded and live sessions, study materials, tests, assessments, mentoring, performance tracking, doubt-clearing sessions, and other academic support services as determined by the Company. The structure, duration, syllabus coverage, teaching methodology, faculty allocation, schedules, batch timings, and delivery mode (online, offline, or hybrid) may be modified by the Company based on academic requirements, examination updates, operational constraints, or force majeure events without prior notice.
All educational content, materials, videos, notes, tests, branding, logos, and intellectual assets provided under i² Aspire are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Students are granted limited access solely for personal educational use. Any reproduction, distribution, recording, sharing, resale, public display, or commercial use of the content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action.
Fees paid for the i² Aspire program are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written refund or reward policy published by the Company. Fee payment does not guarantee admission to any medical or engineering college, nor does it guarantee any specific rank, score, or examination result. Academic outcomes depend on multiple factors including student effort, attendance, consistency, and examination conditions, which are beyond the Company’s control.
The Company may announce merit-based rewards, fee refunds, scholarships, incentives, or recognition schemes for students securing specified ranks or achievements in NEET or JEE. Such rewards are subject to eligibility criteria, rank thresholds, verification of official examination results, documentation, timelines, and additional terms as specified by the Company. The Company reserves the sole discretion to validate results and approve or reject reward claims.
Students are expected to maintain discipline, respectful conduct, and academic integrity throughout the program. Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, misuse of learning platforms, plagiarism, cheating, disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of institutional guidelines may result in disciplinary action including suspension or permanent removal from the program without any refund.
The Company shall not be held responsible for changes in examination patterns, syllabus revisions, eligibility criteria, scoring systems, reservation policies, counseling procedures, seat allocation processes, or regulatory decisions made by examination authorities such as NTA or IITs. The Company does not have any control over examination bodies, results, cut-offs, counseling outcomes, or admissions.
Access to online platforms, recorded content, and digital tools may be subject to technical limitations, internet connectivity, device compatibility, or scheduled maintenance. The Company shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or access issues caused by technical failures, third-party platforms, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Personal data of students and parents, including names, contact details, academic information, and payment records, will be collected and processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. By enrolling, consent is given to receive academic updates, performance communications, examination alerts, and program-related notifications through digital and non-digital channels.
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time in the interest of academic quality, compliance, or operational efficiency. Continued participation in i² Aspire after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from enrollment or participation in the i² Aspire program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the territorial jurisdiction of the Company’s registered office.
By enrolling in i² Aspire, the student and parent or legal guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and that participation in the program is voluntary and subject to academic effort, discipline, and examination authority outcomes.
