This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made to Berylite Academy (“Berylite Academy”, “we”, “our”, “us”) for any course, program, service, digital content, or platform access (collectively, the “Services”).

By enrolling or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances defined in this policy.
Access to any course content, LMS, recorded videos, or study materials is deemed as service delivery.

2. Cancellation by Student/User

Users may cancel enrollment before course commencement by submitting a written request to our official support email.
Once a course has started, or access credentials have been issued, no cancellation or refund shall be permitted.
Partial usage of services (login, content access, downloads, attendance) disqualifies refund eligibility.

3. Course-Specific Refund Conditions

a) NEET & JEE Programs (Merit-Based Reward Refund)

NEET Program Fee: ₹36,000
JEE Program Fee: ₹28,000

Refunds under NEET/JEE programs apply only if:

The student secures a national-level rank within the predefined threshold announced by Berylite Academy.
Official scorecards/rank certificates are submitted within the stipulated timeline.
Verification is successfully completed by Berylite Academy.

Reward Benefit:
Eligible students may receive:

100% course fee refund, and
Bonus benefit of up to 1 year of college tuition fee support, subject to internal policy and verification.

This refund is treated as a merit-based reward, not a guaranteed entitlement.

4. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds shall not be issued in cases including but not limited to:

Change of mind or personal reasons
Lack of time, attendance, or participation
Dissatisfaction with teaching style or content
Internet, device, or technical issues on the user’s side
Academic performance or exam outcomes
Missed classes, tests, or deadlines
Violations of Terms & Conditions

5. Cancellation or Modification by Berylite Academy

We reserve the right to:

Modify course schedules, faculty, format, or content
Cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances

If a program is fully cancelled by Berylite Academy, users may be eligible for:

A pro-rata refund, or
Credit/voucher for future programs

The decision shall be final and binding.

6. Payment Failures & Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate or failed transactions, verified excess amounts will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Users must report such issues within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds are credited only to the original payment source.
Processing delays by banks or payment gateways are beyond our control.

8. Promotional Offers & Discounts

Fees paid under promotional offers, scholarships, early-bird pricing, or discounts are non-refundable.
Benefits are subject to specific terms announced at the time of offer.

9. Transfer of Enrollment

Course enrollments are non-transferable to another student or program.
Internal upgrades or downgrades are at the sole discretion of Berylite Academy.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to refunds shall be resolved through internal review.
Berylite Academy’s decision shall be final and binding.
Legal jurisdiction shall be as per the Terms & Conditions.

11. Policy Updates

Berylite Academy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Updates will be effective upon publication on our website.
